Since I'm not gonna be on tumblr new years eve (;
I guess, my new years resolutions would be to be nicer to people, to be kinder, to not care as much of what others think of me rather than what I think about myself, to love the ones around me, to appreciate what’s given to me and try not to want more, to give, and to be a better person.
I know I won’t accomplish all of them, but at least its a start to know what you want. 2010 has been, an okay year, I wouldn’t say it was bad, there’s definitely great and wonderful moments that I will not let go, but there’s also those moments where I just wanted to crawl in a corner and cry my eyes out. Nevertheless, it doesn’t matter, 2011… there will be change, I’m not saying I’m going to be perfect. Nobody’s perfect. That’s a goal, it’s a goal to work towards to, it’s a goal I’ll never reach, but it’s a goal I want to be close to. I guess, life will never be what I want to be, but damn, I just want to enjoy it from now on. I’m not saying, things are going to turn into like, whatever. But I want to be more care-free, I want to be able to stand up when I fall down. I want to be able to wipe away my tears and say “I’m not giving up.” Because that’s what life’s about. And I wish 2011 will be the year that I start having fun, and start working hard, and start being who I wanna be. And if good things come along with my attitude, then GREAT! Then I’m doing something right, but if life doesn’t shine its light right away, I’m not going to get beaten down, because giving up isn’t the answer, I know someday, that sun will come out.
